Create an Event

The Events page is the starting point for bringing your fair, festival, or show to life—everything begins here.

Select Events from the navigation bar.

Event Information

Enter your event name in the Name field. This name must be unique among events in your Venue's account. We recommend including the year in your event name for annual events. Next year your event can be duplicated and the name update with the new year. Some possible names are:

Next add a description — just a few sentences to let potential vendors know why they want to be at your event.

Select your event Type - this is used to let potential vendors filter our marketplace of events.

Date & Time

Enter your event Start date and time and End date and time. Clicking within the text box will allow you to type in this information. Clicking on the calendar to the right of the box will give you a popup to select the dates and times.

Event Details

Status can only be changed to Active after you have applied a paid license to this event. To start out leave this as Draft while you get everything setup. Once your event listing is ready for publishing, and you have applied a license, you can edit this event to make it active.

The Event is public slider when toggled to the right will allow the event to be publicly listed on our event marketplace. The event must also be in an Active status to be listed. The marketplace allows potential vendors to find events and submit a vendor application. The applications will show in your Vendor Application section for you to review and approve or decline.

License Status

If you have already purchased an event license you may apply it by selecting it from the Apply License dropdown. We recommend skipping this step and applying it in the My Licenses section when the event if fully setup and ready to go live. Once the license has been applied to an event it cannot be undone.

Click Create to save the event and return to this page to review or edit.
